2 oz. Concannon
2 spoons of vanilla infused sugar
3 dashes of Angostura
Press sugar and orange zest at base of glass with two dashes of bitters. Add 1/3 of whiskey and a few cubes of ice ensure sugar is lifted and mixed in base of glass (repeat 3 times) until whiskey and sugar have been evenly diluted.
Serve in a tumbler with orange zest
