An Old Fashioned Concannon

INGREDIENTS:
2 oz. Concannon
orange zest
2 spoons of vanilla
infused sugar
3 dashes of Angostura
Orange Bitters

DIRECTIONS:
Press sugar and orange zest at 
base of glass with two dashes
 of bitters. Add 1/3 of whiskey
and a few cubes of ice ensure 
sugar is lifted and mixed in 
base of glass (repeat 3 times)
 until whiskey and sugar have 
been evenly diluted.

SERVE:
Serve in a tumbler
with orange zest
